
TRICONEX DI3361 digital input module
TRICONEX DI3361 is a high-security digital input module designed for triple modular redundancy (TMR) safety control systems for emergency shutdown (ESD), process interlocking, and safety instrumentation systems (SIS) in high-risk industries such as oil, gas, and chemical. The module belongs to Triconex Tricon V11 series and conforms to IEC 61508 SIL 3 safety class. It supports fault self-diagnosis and redundancy fault tolerance to ensure reliable acquisition and processing of critical signals.

Multi-channel signal input
Support 24 VDC dry/wet contact input, compatible with switching signals (such as limit switches, relay contacts).
32 channels of independent isolated input, each channel equipped with dual LED status indication (operation/failure).
Triple redundancy architecture
Using TMR (Triple Modular Redundant) design, each channel is processed by three independent circuits in parallel to realize “2-out-of-3” voting logic and improve system reliability.
Real-time diagnosis and protection
Built-in broken line detection, short circuit detection and reverse polarity protection function, real-time report channel abnormal status.
Supports online health monitoring and generates diagnostic reports via the Tricon controller.
